BASICS OF FORMATION OF THE KNOW-HOW MARKET IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS

The article proposes methodological approaches to studying the process of formation of the know-how market in the conditions of innovative development and substantiates that “know-how” should be defined as an object of purchase and sale and as a special type of product intended to satisfy not only the innovative needs of production in general, but also a specific need, which the author calls “personalized innovative need of production.” It is clarified that “know-how” is a special type of product and its classification is proposed, the dual nature of “know-how” as an object of appropriation and new economic relations is determined, characteristic features, forms of manifestation and essential signs of implementation of innovations on the market are identified.
